\n PORTBELL-LUZIRA, Uganda<\/strong>\n<\/em> – The Uganda Junior Rangers and the association One Earth – One Ocean e. V. have joined forces in a pioneering project called “TUBAFEEKO!” to promote and implement clean energy for local and internationally displaced families in Uganda. The project aims to reduce the dependence on firewood caused by the basic needs of displaced people, leading to deforestation, increased carbon emissions and tensions with local communities.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

A major event will mark the start of the “Tubafeeko” campaign on November 25, 2023, in Portbell-Luzira. The event aims to extend clean water and clean energy to one million households in Uganda by 2030, impacting a total of seven million people.<\/p>\n
