Giving up, he heads back to the dock, but awestruck kids will \nstill crowd around him later to learn about his trash dives.\n\nHector the Collector is yellow, weighs about 15 pounds, and has a \ngripper claw, a camera, and headlights. He\u2019s a remotely operated \nvehicle, made by VideoRay, that\u2019s a centerpiece of the Rozalia Project\u2019s \nmarine debris education and outreach initiative, in partnership with the \nNOAA Marine Debris Program (NOAA MPD).\n\n\u201cRozalia Project is thrilled to be working with the NOAA MDP to combine \nresources to both cleanup and inspire people, of all ages, to be part of \nthe solution to marine debris.
