D5.1 Rules of European Video Contest<\/p>\n

This document contains the basis for the general Rules and Conditions
\n(R&C) for the European MARLISCO Video Contest (WP 5), which was launched
\nin September 2013 and run until February 2014. It represents the common
\nframework for all participating countries (14) but some aspects, such as
\nthe target ages, jury and awards have been defined at the
