This summer we invited the community to participate in the creation of the sculpture by making sea ?owers and crustaceans from recycled plastic bags and bottles. Five pathways made from debris converge to replicate the water current patterns of a vortex, where trash accumulates, within an ocean gyre. Current Collections will debut and be the focal point of the 2014 & 2015 St. Petersburg, Florida Science Festival, attended by 25,000+ people and the 2014 Blue Ocean Film Festival. The sculpture will also exhibit in downtown Atlanta, Georgia, Earth Day 2015. Learn more : http://www.seatheunseen.com/
